I'm aware of this error being given out, especially when sending PMs, I'll fix it eventually.

The error means that someone isn't getting a notification that your message has been posted/sent. It doesn't mean that your message has failed.

I have just fixed this issue, notification emails are now sent out correctly and no error is displayed.
